LOS ANGELES, CA | 2027 Chevrolet BoltJune 5, 2026Met with Maria and did an extensive test drive - she's great. She let me drive on roads that would better simulate my daily commute. Was really disappointed in the difference between the MSRP and the price I was eventually quoted and then had to attempt negotiate down because you'd added a bunch of after market add-ons I wouldn't have selected. If these add-ons are mandatory, include them in the sticker on the vehicle as MSRP + Dealer Add-ons so that I'm not anchored to one price and then quoted something much higher without warning. With the current flow I'm disappointed/angry about the experience. If they were pre-listed, I would have known the deal at the top and could have made an informed decision rather than feeling like I'd experienced a bait and switch. Also, be sure to check for all accessories before you sign anything. The charger for my electric car was missing - apparently it had been grabbed to replace one that had been taken from another. Also, they don't have a Tesla-style charger on-site so be prepared to trickle charge at home for a few days to get up to the recommended 100% before using. Despite all this, team was quite friendly, even texted me to let me know I'd left my jacket on the lot. Most staff was friendly, but dealership sales policies make me anxious that they'll similarly misprice service/repairs if I get it done at this location.Ranjbarnia, A

BURBANK, CA | 2027 Chevrolet BoltJune 1, 2026After 13 years, I was ready for a new car. I was excited. I walked on the Chevy lot in Glendale CA only to be immediately disappointed and angered. My parents stood a few steps apart from me . The manager walked onto the lot and immediately, broadly smiling, gave my father a hearty handshake, completely ignoring me, the CUSTOMER, with $50,000 cash to spend. Huge mistake already. His misogynistic assumption that the older man was the customer was pathetic and disgusting- especially in 2026. After giving me the run-around about pricing and trade ins I came back a few hours later. I was then partnered with a still in college sale rep, Patrick. Patrick proved to be a sweet kid but one who was woefully inept and inexperienced for the job. While driving me to try out another style vehicle, he talked only about himself, his schooling etc. No questions at all about me, the customer. After 7 HOURS at the dealership (1 pm-7:30 pm), after multiple instances of "forgetting" about discounts offered moment earlier, I finally drove off the lot. This is where part two of the fiasco starts. Patrick and his misogynist manager failed me yet again, happily letting me drive off the lot with 28 miles ON THE BATTERY CHARGE and about a 20 min explanation as to how to work a completely new machine that is ALL based on apps/your phone etc. I proceeded to waste the majority of the following day running around trying to charge my new car, only to mostly fail as I couldn't seem to work the apps etc because I was not taught it thoroughly enough. It was also my birthday- practically ruined by two salespeople who couldn't seem to charge a car over 7 hours of waiting time. I cancelled my birthday dinner because I didn't have the battery to get to the restaurant and back. So fun. I returned to the Chevy dealership the next day. I explained my ruined birthday to Partick to which he responded a simple "Oh wow." No apology. No responsibility taken on his part on his meager explanations. He drove me and my parents who were visiting to a nearby charger. He finally showed me how to work it and said I should have "just Facetimed him" yesterday. How Gen Z. I called him twice and he didn't return my calls. He later went over the car features and dropped a gem of a comment. "On Friday we could have given you guys a rental so you could come back Saturday." WHY DIDN'T YOU THEN? What a naive comment- just piss off the customer more, telling them you could have remedied their disastrous situation, especially AFTER they tell you their woes. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone, especially my female friends. Your sales reps are obliviously harmful. Chevy, you epically failed me.Response from Glendale Chevrolet
